Performance-Based Objectives:
- 30 Days: Complete 15+ customer interviews, deliver market assessment, and build prototype.
- 60 Days: Run experiments on top 3 opportunities and produce evidence-based assessment.
- 90 Days: Deliver roadmap with experiments and launch at least one cross-functional initiative.
Compensation & Benefits:
- On-target earnings $160k-$180k/year with base salary and variable incentive.
- Benefits include ISOs, health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Location & Travel:
- Remote position anywhere in US or Canada.
- Up to 15 days travel per year for company events.
