Senior Accountant - Real Estate - Remote

The Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in planning and preparation of entity tax returns, working directly with the Real Estate Tax Managers. Key responsibilities include tax return & notice preparation, year-end planning & support, managing extensions, managing client open items list, maintaining clear & concise workpapers and proactively manage workload.The role also includes analysis of year-end financial reports and detailed year-end tax journal entries. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience preparing tax returns. CPA certification or candidacy is preferred, Strong Excel skills and professional communication skills are necessary.
