WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead customer implementations from pre-kickoff through go-live, including project planning, workflow coordination, and go-live preparation.
- Manage implementation risks, dependencies, and escalations, proactively driving mitigation plans.
- Facilitate customer governance and implementation meetings to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Bachelor's degree and PMP certification with 5+ years of healthcare implementation project management experience.
- Experience leading health system-wide initiatives involving multiple hospitals and workstreams.
- Strong project management fundamentals, including planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
