Responsibilities:
- Lead complex projects and manage a larger book of business, overseeing end-to-end development according to business processes.
- Manage project milestones, schedules, budgets, and resources while leading daily and weekly production meetings.
- Own vendor relationships, identify risks, and support training of assistant project managers.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with pharmaceutical marketing agency experience required.
- Bachelor's degree and experience managing cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, and technology.
- Advanced skills in MS Project or SmartSheets, Excel, and PM financial platforms.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $120,000—$135,000 USD based on experience and location.

- Remote role reporting to a Director, Project Management.
