About the Role:
- Serve as the internal point of contact for all projects, liaising with account, creative, technology, operations, accounting, and administration.
- Oversee end-to-end project development according to established business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex projects, manage budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensure quality from beginning to end.
- Lead production meetings, maintain PM systems of record, and drive process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with pharmaceutical marketing agency experience required.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and using MS Project or SmartSheets, plus advanced Excel skills.
- Bachelor's degree and advanced experience with a project management financial platform.
Compensation:
- The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $115,000 USD.
