Job Description
The Customer Solution Partner (CSP) is a pivotal role where you will collaborate with Sales to articulate Coupa’s approach, methodology, and scope for delivery projects, emphasizing early value delivery. In this strategic position, you will collaborate closely with partners, challenging and shaping proposal estimates and plans. You will assemble Coupa's part in proposals, encompassing scoping, estimating, and costing.
Identify, qualify, develop, and close new service engagements in collaboration with Account Managers/Sales. Engage early and often with our sales teams in the pipeline-building process to strategically identify opportunities. Proactively ensure customer value is recognized, key pain points are identified, and long-term, scalable solutions are recommended. Actively participate in sales cycles, covering all aspects of Coupa services. Design, estimate, and/or scope engagements, both directly and through partners. Support the development of customized service offerings to meet client needs. Provide feedback to the Solution Delivery Team on the suitability of existing packages to customer needs, supporting continuous improvement.
