Responsibilities:

  • Fix the financial data pipeline between Stripe, HubSpot, and QuickBooks by auditing, mapping, and automating revenue streams.
  • Build internal dashboards for SaaS metrics and funnel analysis to replace manual spreadsheets and provide real-time insights.
  • Own the monthly close, revenue recognition, and strategic models to support cash flow forecasting and Series A preparation.

Qualifications:

  • You are a SaaS finance veteran with experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or usage-based companies.
  • You are Stripe-native with hands-on billing infrastructure expertise and an investor-grade thinker for VC interactions.
  • You are a systems builder and startup operator comfortable with ambiguity and focused on automation and analysis.
