Job Description
As the Senior Manager, Demand Generation, you’ll be responsible for owning and scaling awareness, acquisition, and conversion efforts. This includes managing paid media strategy (search, display, social, and retargeting), overseeing lead nurturing programs, and aligning closely with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure campaigns are targeting the right audience, with the right message, at the right time. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on performance metrics and knows how to blend creativity with digital precision to drive pipeline growth.
Developing and implementing a scalable demand generation strategy that fuels the TigerData Funnel is crucial. You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Developer Advocacy, and Content to align campaign messaging and track funnel performance. Leading, mentoring, and growing a demand generation team of three, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability is a key part of the role.
