Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and analyze time-phased cost baselines, actuals, and forecasts.
- Support Performance Measurement Baselines and Integrated Baseline Reviews.
- Prepare program performance metrics including BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, and EAC.
Qualifications:
- Two or more years in program controls or cost analysis in aerospace/defense.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
- Expertise in EVM and ANSI/EIA-748 compliance.
