What you'll do:
- Closely partner with the Head of Growth to set full-funnel DTC growth strategy spanning new patient acquisition and lifecycle marketing.
- Own acquisition channels and drive the day-to-day execution of the DTC growth strategy across offline and partner channels.
- Build a high-velocity testing and optimization engine from the ground up.
Who you are:
- 3-5 years of experience in DTC growth marketing with deep hands-on acquisition marketing experience.
- Demonstrable experience owning and operating offline channels and partnerships.
- A hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity and balances creative ideation with data-driven decisions.
