About the Role:
- Lead the data engineering and analytics engineering team responsible for the data foundations supporting Virta's business, care delivery, and AI.
- Own the data and analytics modernization across BigQuery, dbt Cloud, and Looker.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach engineers, complete the migration, expand self-service, and improve reliability and governance.
- Prioritize a roadmap with stakeholders and enable data agents and ML workflows with trusted data.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of engineering management experience with both data engineering and analytics engineering.
- Strong technical judgment in pipelines, warehousing, SQL, modeling, and BI, plus migration and remote leadership experience.
