Sr. Engineering Manager - Data Platform

About the Role:

• Lead the Data Platform & Infrastructure team, owning strategy, execution, and evolution of foundational data systems.
• Direct technical direction and organizational strategy while staying close to technology for high-quality decisions.
• Manage a team of engineers building reliable, scalable, and secure data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, mentor, and lead an exceptional engineering team, establishing operational rhythms and execution frameworks.
• Guide system architecture, data flow design, and platform roadmaps while partnering with Product and Data leadership.
• Ensure infrastructure resilience through monitoring, incident management, and cost optimization.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in software engineering or data platform engineering, with 4+ years managing high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Airflow, DBT, and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence technical strategy across organizations.
