Job Description
As a Bilingual Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in processing the payroll of employees across Canada. Working in both English and French, you will be responsible for a range of payroll-related tasks. This includes data entry, calculations, liaising with external partners, and responding to internal requests.
You will contribute to report production, government requests, and continuous process improvement. Your responsibilities encompass processing payroll updates in ADP, CAP, and UKG, calculating deductions, preparing Records of Employment, managing electronic fund transfers, handling union reports, and resolving payroll inquiries.
To succeed, you need at least 3 years of payroll experience, bilingualism in French and English, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
