Bengali Language Lead

We are looking for a skilled Bengali linguist to act as a Language Lead Backup to our main Language Lead on a key account. The role involves stepping in to handle review responsibilities whenever the main Bengali lead is out of office (OoO) or when there's a need to share the workload . This includes performing full linguistic review and quality assurance tasks, ensuring all content meets the expected standards and client-specific guidelines. In such instances, you would act as the primary reviewer , taking over the review scope of the main lead. The ideal candidate should be available to work within European (CET) business hours (9:00–17:00) to align with client delivery times. Main duties include acting as intermediary between the client, maintaining overall quality, analyzing deliverables to implement actions for improvement, and supporting linguists. Additional responsibilities include creating training materials and supporting Welocalize in identifying and evaluating potential new candidates.
