Major Gifts Research Intern

About the Internship:

• This is a part-time remote internship from September to December 2026, offering hands-on experience in prospect research and donor strategy.
• You will work 20-30 hours per week with flexible hours, supporting major gifts and foundation teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct preliminary prospect research using wealth screening tools, SEC/FEC filings, and news monitoring.
• Maintain research notes and prospect information in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and accurate portfolio coding.
• Prepare research summaries and briefing documents for gift officers' donor cultivation meetings.

Qualifications:

• Interest in nonprofit fundraising, philanthropy, or public policy, with a commitment to advancing reproductive freedom.
• Strong research, analytical, and written communication skills, with high attention to detail.
• Comfort with databases, spreadsheets, and online research tools; experience with CRM systems and iWave preferred.
