Job Description
Contribute to building out Kiln’s product suite, enabling our customers to offer yield to their users on all digital assets seamlessly. This product suite is composed of API services for transaction crafting and reporting (Kiln Connect), web products (Kiln Dashboard, Kiln Widget), and smart contracts (Kiln Onchain and Kiln DeFi). Participate in the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to integration, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. Define product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Communicate internally and externally about product requirements. Engage with customers (exchanges, wallets, asset managers…), gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and facilitating product onboarding. Analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve. Stay up to date with the latest developments in the crypto industry, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and new feature developments.
