Job Description

Leadership and Strategy:

  • Delivers the necessary leadership, mission, vision, and strategy to the client success team.
  • Serves as a key advisor and active participant in Ventra Health’s strategic business planning.
  • Identifies and creates strategic business opportunities within Ventra Health’s existing client base.

Client Success and Relationships:

  • Establishes, engages, and manages key client relationships and is responsible for the overall leadership of day-to-day client success.
  • Develops and executes changes where necessary to meet company and client goals and objectives and to assure the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Takes ownership of the client relationship following execution of the contract, coordinating same with the sales team and the Chief Client Officer

Team Management and Development:

  • Builds, leads, and manages a high performing client success team.
  • Creates and maintains a collaborative environment conducive to the professional growth and development of employees.
  • Oversees plan of action for significant key client deficiencies and owns the service line watchlist to ensure the units follow through on remedial activity.
