Job Description
Leadership and Strategy:
- Delivers the necessary leadership, mission, vision, and strategy to the client success team.
- Serves as a key advisor and active participant in Ventra Health’s strategic business planning.
- Identifies and creates strategic business opportunities within Ventra Health’s existing client base.
Client Success and Relationships:
- Establishes, engages, and manages key client relationships and is responsible for the overall leadership of day-to-day client success.
- Develops and executes changes where necessary to meet company and client goals and objectives and to assure the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Takes ownership of the client relationship following execution of the contract, coordinating same with the sales team and the Chief Client Officer
Team Management and Development:
- Builds, leads, and manages a high performing client success team.
- Creates and maintains a collaborative environment conducive to the professional growth and development of employees.
- Oversees plan of action for significant key client deficiencies and owns the service line watchlist to ensure the units follow through on remedial activity.
