AR Collections Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented proactive AR Collections Specialist to join our remote team. You will support our revenue cycle by managing accounts receivable, assisting patients with billing questions, and working closely with insurers to ensure timely resolution of claims and balances. Responsibilities include working assigned accounts receivable (A/R) aging reports and queues, following up with insurance companies and payers to resolve denials payment delays or other issues, collaborating with patient advocates and leadership to identify trends provide solutions and improve processes. Additionally providing excellent patient customer service by addressing balance inquiries and resolving billing issues, validating or enter patient demographics and charges as needed, and escalating complex issues to leadership as appropriate.
