Responsibilities:
- Use creative design thinking to address user experience challenges and develop engaging eLearning courses
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while designing innovative standards
- Provide guidance throughout the e-learning production process and collaborate with subject matter experts
Requirements:
- 5-8 years experience in designing and user testing learning products, with visual design skills in Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, and practical knowledge of Google Workspace
- Hands-on experience with Evolve or Articulate 360, and familiarity with instructional frameworks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or equivalent experience
- Experience with video editing tools and developing interactive instructor-led training
