Solution Consultant (Remote- US Based) Associations

The Solutions Consultant will work with clients to help leverage their investment in our association technology. The ideal candidate will assist association clients in achieving their goals using methodologies aligned with our technology roadmap. Successful candidates will have a passion for helping member-based associations implement solutions that enhance staff and member experiences. This role requires the ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solutions. Candidates must also be able to conceptualize and communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities include acquiring a fundamental understanding of products, customer support policies, and client agreements; engaging with clients to understand goals and design requirements; communicating a clear vision on how best to achieve project goals; developing functional requirements documentation; implementing and supporting system configurations; delivering training; and staying current on emerging tools and technologies.
