As a Software Engineer on this team, you will engineer our employee affiliation engine, reliably process thousands of lifecycle events daily. Simplify payroll and billing by crafting tools that HR teams love. Build seamless integrations so things just work. Automate workflows at scale and make billing delightful. This role is special because you will work on mission-critical systems powering Alan’s growth and renewals, impact hundreds of thousands of lives, solve complex business and technical puzzles, and shape product direction and experience. The tech stack includes Python/Flask, React, React Native, and PostgreSQL. Your work touches core business operations and enables hundreds of thousands of employees to benefit from Alan every day.
