People Operations Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to be the second member of our HR team, working directly with our HR Manager to build recruiting infrastructure, streamline hiring processes, and create the operational backbone that will support our rapidly expanding team. In this role, you'll split your time between recruitment coordination and HR operations. You'll be instrumental in creating systems and processes that will scale with us as we continue to grow. Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones. Lead and improve the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions. Help build scalable systems and processes that will grow with the company.
