Job Description

We are seeking a highly collaborative and dynamic Sr. Manager of Professional Sales Training and Enablement to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping support the Senior Director of Sales Training and Enablement to ensure the sales team has the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. A top priority will be to execute on the deployment of training programs for the sales team geared towards promoting Nutrafol Clear Skin and other new products in the Nutrafol portfolio. Maintain sales training modules and decks for use with the field sales team and customers. Help with the delivery of ongoing training programs for the sales team, including onboarding new hires and providing continuing education on new products, market trends, and sales techniques. Continuously seek ways to support the optimization and standardization of the sales process to reduce inefficiencies and improve outcomes. Lead implementation and communication around sales initiatives and identified strategies.
