The Strategic Solutions Consultant supports the Director of Strategy in delivering high-impact strategic Feasibility, Migration and Optimization engagements for clients. This client-facing role combines strong organizational skills, project management, HubSpot platform expertise, and the ability to clearly translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions. Client Strategy Support includes joining client calls to gather requirements, presenting recommendations, and capturing strategic needs to translate client business objectives into HubSpot-centered strategic roadmaps. Prepare strategy deliverables such as process maps, audits, gap analyses, and user stories. Project & Deliverable Management includes keeping track of deadlines, action items, and documentation for strategy engagements. Maintain internal strategy templates, frameworks, and collateral and help manage internal handoffs from strategy to delivery. HubSpot Demos & Configuration includes building out HubSpot demo environments to showcase strategic solutions. Configure sample pipelines, workflows, reports, or dashboards for strategic presentations. Assist in feasibility assessments by evaluating platform capabilities and act as the primary point of contact for clients, contributing to discovery sessions and clearly defining solution requirements.
