You will work directly on our Tech Team and collaborate with our Services teams to design, document, and support technical implementations across the HubSpot platform and connected systems. This is a client-facing role focused on pre-build planning, solution design, technical documentation, and ensuring feasibility for custom development projects. To be successful in this role, you’ll need a strong technical foundation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience building and planning HubSpot-centric solutions.

The Project Intake Consultant supports the Director of Strategy in delivering high-impact strategic RevOps engagements for our end clients. This person will be responsible for evaluating, scoping, processing, and managing new project requests by assessing their technical feasibility, strategic alignment, and facilitating communication among internal and external stakeholders. This client-facing role combines strong organizational skills, project management, and the ability to clearly translate complex business challenges into actionable, strategic solutions.
