Job Description

Responsible for designing, developing, and sustaining an optimized logistics network that profitably delivers quality beverages to customers across the US. Coach, guide, and lead a network of warehouse and distribution centers while creating a culture of safety, quality, and service. Collaborate in an effort to drive continuous improvement across inventory management, labor productivity, and customer service activities. Develop and sustain a culture of safety, facilitate best practice sharing across sites to identify improvement opportunities, and ensure sustainability and impact of all relevant training and observations. Hire, train, develop, and grow team of front line leaders and hourly associates that exceed customer expectations and consistently deliver financial results.
