Language Alignment & Resource Partner - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Role Overview:

• Review, annotate, and test AI-generated content for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, clarity, and cultural relevance.
• Act as a key quality checkpoint during production, preventing recurring language issues and maintaining consistent standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate language outputs against established quality standards and project-specific requirements.
• Analyze quality trends and recurring errors to identify opportunities for improvement across AI data tasks.
• Turn raw feedback and quality findings into structured, actionable educational resources and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Professional or educational experience in linguistics, education, or a field requiring strong linguistic attention to detail.
• Previous hands-on experience in human data evaluation, data annotation, or related quality assurance activity.
• Native-level proficiency in the target language and verified English proficiency at C1 or C2 level.

Work Environment:

• Work independently in a remote, project-based freelance engagement.
