Responsibilities:
- Receives phone calls from hospice patients and families
- Assesses the needs of the patients and families
- Managing patients’ pain and symptoms
Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a professional nurse
- At least one (1) year of hospice or palliative care experience
- Experience working effectively with an interdisciplinary group
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- California RN license
- CHPN certification
