Responsibilities:
- Provide inspiring clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality palliative care.
- Oversee community services, support and line manage Clinical Nurse Managers.
- Drive continuous improvement across quality, performance and patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with experience working at a Band 7 level.
- NVQ 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care.
- Operational management experience with experience of managing budgets, performance activity and KPIs against contractual requirements.
