Head of Supply Chain & Operations Germany

Accountabilities:

• Own the end-to-end supply chain function, including demand forecasting, inventory planning, procurement, logistics, and operational performance.
• Develop and implement scalable supply chain systems that improve efficiency, reliability, and visibility as the business grows.
• Manage supplier and manufacturing relationships, particularly with international partners, ensuring strong collaboration and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing supply chain operations at scale, ideally within a DTC, eCommerce, or consumer goods environment.
• Strong background in international logistics, procurement, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.
• Fluent English communication skills required; German proficiency is an advantage.
