Staff Full Stack Engineer - Sell Side Engine

Role Overview:

• Highly hands-on Staff Engineer role solving complex technical problems in a rapidly scaling energy technology environment.
• Join a small, high-impact squad rebuilding systems for renewable energy origination, contracting, onboarding, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make architecture-level decisions across integration-heavy systems, defining boundaries, contracts, and failure modes.
• Automate and productise tendering, pricing, contracting, and onboarding workflows to reduce operational risk.
• Design deal-gating and risk-management tooling to safely support new commercial categories.

Technical Requirements:

• Deep backend engineering expertise with Python and AWS serverless technologies including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and EventBridge.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
• Experience in startups or fast-paced product environments, with ownership from inception to delivery.
