About the role:

- You'll own the backend and data-heavy systems responsible for pricing real energy contracts, where correctness directly affects financial outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Build, evolve, and operate the Pricing API, ensuring it is fast, reliable, accurate, and ready for third-party consumption.
- Lead architectural decoupling and migrations, and own pricing reliability through monitoring and alerting systems.
- Act as a senior technical authority, influencing technical direction across teams without formal management responsibility.
Who you are:
- Deep production experience with Python backend engineering and designing APIs at scale.
- Strong proficiency with FastAPI and SQL in data-intensive systems where numerical correctness matters.
- Experience using AI coding tools and designing multi-agent workflows to improve development throughput.
