Job Summary:
- This role supports the New Business & Marketing team as the operational backbone of growth efforts.
- It partners with executive leadership, business development leads, and marketing strategists.
Responsibilities:
- Own project execution, develop plans and timelines, and allocate resources.
- Facilitate communication between internal and client-facing teams.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of Project Management experience with agency background required.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional leadership.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) and experience with PM tools like Asana, Harvest, or Salesforce.
