Sr. Director, PMO

The Senior Director of PMO is responsible for leading the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring the successful delivery of customer projects across a wide range of technologies and offerings, including Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Datacenter, Collaboration & Contact Center, and Systems Integration projects. This role requires expert leadership in PMO management, deep expertise in professional services, project financial oversight, forecasting, and a focus on both customer centricity and business alignment. The Senior Director must ensure that projects are planned, and executed to meet contractual obligations, timelines, and financial targets. They also collaborate with sales, pre-sales engineering, and service delivery teams.
