Senior Project Manager

Project Management & Strategic Alignment:

• Build and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and deadlines to keep teams on track and accountable.
• Keep leadership informed on project status and risks to support stakeholder alignment and priority decisions.
• Support initiative meetings by preparing updates and tracking action items for cross-functional teams.

Daily Scrums & Team Coordination:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups as the primary coordination point in a continuous flow development model.
• Ensure blockers are surfaced and resolved, and escalate risks and dependencies early in the process.
• Help establish approaches to measure developer productivity as the team leverages AI-assisted development.

Release Management & Partner Coordination:

• Own the release checklist from readiness through deployment, ensuring proper reviews and sign-offs are completed.
• Schedule deployment meetings with the external DevOps partner and manage all release communications.
• Coordinate release schedules, account setup, and configuration tasks while maintaining documentation for compliance.

Operational Discipline & Process Improvement:

• Keep project tracking tools and release artifacts clean and reliable for team and stakeholder trust.
• Ensure accurate time tracking across contributors to support financial reporting and compliance workflows.
• Proactively identify process friction and work to reduce it through automation and clear documentation.
