People Generalist (West)

Playing a vital role as a liaison between the People Team and the business, supporting people and driving business outcomes. You will gain a strong understanding of the Retail business, collaborate with key partners, and convert thematic insights into practical initiatives that enhance organizational structure and talent strategy. Actively executing and making informed decisions within established policies, you'll enhance employee experience by creating solutions within existing frameworks. You will proactively mitigate legal and compliance risks, investigating and addressing employee relations concerns effectively. Additionally, you will provide direct support to Store Managers and District Leaders, enhancing their performance and addressing their concerns. Working with the People Team, you will lead training programs and assist in the development of HR policies.
