Director of Learning & Development

We're looking for a Director of Learning & Development to join our People team and lead the design, delivery, and evolution of our global L&D strategy. You’ll work closely with leaders, managers, and teams across APJ, EU, and NA to ensure Filigraners are continuously developing the skills, mindsets, and leadership capabilities needed to thrive in a fast-changing world. Your mission: turn learning & development into a cultural cornerstone that fuels high performance and continuous growth. Design and deliver leadership development programs. Build and maintain a scalable leadership framework aligned with our values and strategic direction. Create and update career development frameworks and matrices that promote transparency, equity, and growth. Partner with teams to document key workflows and playbooks to build a culture of accessible knowledge-sharing.
