Frontend Growth Engineer

The Growth team is a collaborative group of engineers, product managers and marketing specialists passionate about building technical solutions that drive user growth and engagement across products like AdBlock and Adblock Plus. They're looking for a proactive and curious software engineer, with a strong front-end focus, who enjoys working across a range of platforms, including websites, web extensions and mobile apps. In this role, you'll help implement and iterate on growth experiments, contribute to product direction through data-driven insights and work closely with cross-functional teammates to ship meaningful improvements to millions of users. You will roll up your sleeves and dive into the code, even if it’s running on a platform you’re not yet familiar with. You shape and build experiments that aim to deliver real impact fast. Designing and building user-facing solutions is at the heart of the role. Whether it’s a website, a desktop extension or a mobile app interface, the goal is to create experiences that feel intuitive and seamless for our users. You will implement changes quickly, but not carelessly, and make data-driven decisions. They offer an annual learning and development budget of 1.500 EUR, sabbatical leaves after two years with the company and a monthly childcare stipend of up to 500 EUR per month.
