Job Description
Responsible for the successful implementation and configuration of Workday HCM solutions, with a focus on Benefits for our public sector clients. You will partner with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Workday Benefits configurations, lead discovery sessions, and guide clients through solution design using a consultative approach. Configure Workday Benefits modules, including Health, Insurance, and Retirement plans, based on client requirements. Apply Workday’s Implementation Methodology (WDIM) across all project phases to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction. Mentor junior consultants by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for learning.
