About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to own consumer engineering teams within the New Verticals division.
- You will own multiple workstreams that tie directly to critical business KPIs, partnering closely with product and business leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Provide technical leadership and set the architecture for consumer workflows, ensuring reliability and financial correctness.
- Drive execution from early exploration through launch and scale, coordinating cross-team dependencies and resolving blockers.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, elevating testing discipline and design rigor.
Who You Are:
- You bring 8+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years managing engineers, with a track record of building consumer-facing products.
- You are a generalist and enabler who thrives in ambiguity and partners effectively across teams.
