About the role:
- Lead a team of 7-9 engineers focused on Payments, partnering with the Product Manager.
- Stay hands-on in the code and keep the team efficient, AI-native, and user-focused.
Success in 6 months:
- Ensure each engineer has clear expectations, regular feedback, and a growth plan.
- Deliver faster with higher quality, improving Payments outcomes like TPV.
We're looking for:
- 8+ years of engineering experience, 4+ years leading teams in product companies.
- A founder mindset, hands-on AI usage, and fluent English; payments experience is a plus.
