Key Responsibilities:
- Own the workplace experience for Engine’s sales offices in Tempe, Chicago, and Denver.
- Manage office operations, experience standards, and facilities.
- Partner with leadership to inform Engine’s real estate and in-person strategy in 2026 and beyond.
In-Person Programs:
- Build and launch Engine’s offsite and in-person program for a remote-first workforce.
- Create repeatable playbooks that bring teams together one to three times per year.
- Drive alignment, connection, and results.
Company Events:
- Own planning and execution for company-wide and functional in-person moments.
- Support DRIs with logistics, venues, travel, and on-the-ground execution.
Qualifications:
- You’ve owned workplace experience, events, or employee experience programs at scale.
- You’re comfortable managing and developing a small team.
- You can manage budgets, vendors, timelines, and moving parts.
