Accountabilities:
- Lead the full design lifecycle, from user research and discovery through delivery and post-launch analysis
- Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover user needs and inform design decisions
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align teams, generate ideas, and support decision-making
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a product design role, ideally within B2B or B2B SaaS environments
- Proven experience designing for multiple devices and screen sizes with a strong focus on usability and consistency
- Deep expertise in design thinking methodologies, from research to delivery
