Squad Lead

We’re growing our team and looking for a Squad Lead, someone who’s passionate about enabling great software delivery through strong leadership, collaboration, and technical awareness. As a Squad Lead, while you will remain close to the technical output of your team, your primary responsibility isn’t writing code - it’s enabling your team to succeed. You’ll coach and support a cross-functional squad of engineers, contribute to planning and delivery processes, and build an environment where people feel empowered to do their best work. You’ll work closely with a Product Manager to shape the squad’s roadmap, plan delivery, and ensure work is aligned to customer needs and organisational priorities. You’ll stay close to the technology, maintaining a strong grasp of our systems and architecture, and using that insight to guide conversations, unblock delivery, and help your team solve the right problems.
