Role Overview:

• The Provider Contractor I builds and maintains a Medicare-compliant provider network across assigned geographies.
• This role is critical in ensuring access to care for senior living residents by recruiting and supporting healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and contract physicians and ancillary providers to align with Curana's value-based care strategy.
• Maintain up-to-date contracts and documentation in the department tracking system.
• Communicate contract terms clearly and build productive long-term relationships with providers.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has 2-5 years of experience negotiating managed care contracts with healthcare providers.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication and a commitment to operational excellence.
