The Role:
- Own the multi-quarter legal AI roadmap and deliver epics, stories, and acceptance criteria engineers can build from.
- Lead discovery with legal and business teams to prioritize outcomes and say no when it matters.
AI Delivery:
- Design AI agents for legal work using Now Assist first, building custom only when the platform can't do it.
- Define evaluation criteria, pass thresholds, and value models to prove impact to senior leadership.
Collaboration:
- Partner with Product to turn validated prototypes into customer-facing features.
- Align Legal, Procurement, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Digital Technology on shared priorities.
