Role Summary:
- Provides experienced consultation, coaching, and hands-on application for SAFe/Lean-Agile/LPM practices.
- Focuses on ORIS Agile Release Train and Value Stream Enablement activities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate superior knowledge and experience in adopting Agile across an enterprise.
- Coach teams on PI Planning, backlog refinement, Inspect & Adapt, and dependency management.
- Support Value Stream Enablement governance and intake prioritization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC).
- Minimum 7 years leading Agile and SAFe implementations in medium to large organizations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology environments, particularly within Federal HER or VHA.
- Strong facilitation and change-management skills (Prosci Certification preferred).
