Role Summary:
- Serve as a senior analytical resource evaluating program effectiveness and identifying risks.
- Support ORIS surge-support and workforce modernization activities.
- Lead analysis of operating program effectiveness and business process performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs using source data.
- Make recommendations on improving business processes and develop executive-level metrics and dashboards.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to surge capacity, training variation, and workforce readiness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of program analysis experience with clinical informatics in a VA healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks; understanding of SAFe Lean-Agile principles.
- Desired: experience with EIWMP, IDI, or VIC and strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
