Role Summary:
- Provides mid-level analytical support focused on measuring the effectiveness of informatics programs, business processes, and surge-support activities.
- Requires knowledge in planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of operating programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Uses source data to evaluate program and business process effectiveness.
- Collects, analyzes, and reports metrics for weekly and monthly reports.
- Analyzes issue trends, ticket velocity, and training completion data.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program analysis, preferably with clinical informatics or VA healthcare.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
