Job Description

Pipeline & Program Ownership:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline for Video.
  • Establish quarterly pipeline goals and track performance against targets in partnership with marketing operations and sales.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns, from planning and budgeting to execution, measurement, and iteration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with product marketing to define audience segmentation, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the shared-services marketing team (paid, content, field, and digital) to bring product-specific campaigns to market efficiently.
  • Align closely with SDRs and sales to ensure strong follow-up, feedback loops, and conversion optimization.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Monitor funnel metrics to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where to double down.
  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure accurate attribution and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Leverage insights to refine channel mix, targeting, and messaging to maximize ROI.
